We couldn't help it, but the University of Chicago's recent letter to prospective students caught our attention. We are awarding the University of Chicago's Office of Undergraduate Admission and the leader of the crew, James Nondorf, VP of Enrollment and Financial Aid the Intead Award for Creative Engagement.
We admire your courage and spirit to speak to the younger generation. It's refreshing to see an elite academic instititution not take itself too seriously. The approach may not be appropriate for every college, but in your case, everybody knows your academic rigor, so you can afford to lighten up in your marketing. Congratulations.
